CLOCKS, A GREAT GIFT IDEA

Hi All, I have been having fun making these clocks,  I am taking them to the Spring Fair this weekend.  I thought I would show you all the colours I have made and I am still able to get the plain clocks if anyone is interested in purchasing them.  You can have your clock face left plain as below.
I am selling the clocks for $10 each. If anyone is interested.
You will just need to tell me what colour you like and you can have a Gold, Silver or Pearl fleck
the silver seems to come out the best.

or have a little something stamped on it, see below

I made a few more masculine ones in Black and Blue
and for the kids, I put a moto bike stamp and a few extreme elements on the ones below.

Here is a close up of one of the clocks.

If you want to see a particular colour up close let me know and I can send it to you,  there were too many to post here.

I WON!

Hi Everyone, well I have some exciting news today.  A little while ago I submitted a double page layout to a new blog site called Mulit-photo Scrapbooking and I won, I can't believe it. Go and check it out, the site has layouts that people like you and me send in to help inspire us to get those photos scrapbooked.

The sketch was a great one to use and was easy to do a double page.

Thanks for stopping by.

DID YOU KNOW?????

They say you learn something everyday.  Well that was the case on Saturday at our Training day.  They were talking about the Marker pens and I knew about pictures on the ends, one is the brush and one is the thin marker.  I never knew that there was a thick line on the brush side and a thin line for the marker.  So it makes it so much easier now just to look at the line instead of turning the pen around to find the picture of what marker I want. So I thought I should pass this on to you all so now you have learnt something new today,  unless you are more observant than me and already known this.

This is so much easier to work out what end I need, they are very clever.

CARDS FOR BOYS

Hi, I have done a couple of boy cards, my boys ride bikes & I got the motobike stamp as a gift. I used our new Extreme Elements stamps and the distressing inks, this was my first attempt using both, not too bad even if I do say so myself.

SPOTLIGHT TECHNIQUE

Hi All, here I have used the spotlight technique, I used the flower from Elements of Style, stamp it again on a smaller big of cardstock, colour, mat it then line it up with the image below.

Tina

Elements of Style

Hi again, bet you didn't think I would be back that quick. Here are some cards I have done using the new Elements of Style, I just love this set.

Here I have used the swirl in black, stamped part of the flower onto white using grey ink to soften, then stamped the saying onto vellum.

I have used Soft Suede card, stamped flower with Suede ink,

next I used the new Tea Stain ink from the SU Distressing Kit Pge 143, you get 4 distressing inks, sanding block, emery board and 3 precision files,

So I stamped and sponged first with the Tea Stain then sponged again around the edge of the top note with Mahogany. I love the look.

I started a scrapbook page using the beautiful flower stamp around the edge of the page with Suede onto Crumb Cake cardstock, Stay tuned for the finished product. Also I made up a spritz spray using water and our new Paint pot, Champagne I will be showing you this at the launch on the 17th October, so don't forget to pop the date on the calendar.

It is a bit hard to see but you can see a shimmer on the bottom corner. It has a gold colour through it. I made a red flower today and sprayed some on it, you can see the gold on it, will have a photo of it soon or I may leave it to show you at the launch.
till next time

New Embossing Folder

Hi All, I have got my box of new goodies from the new Catalogue. I just don't know what to play with first. Here are a few cards using the new embossing folder Elegant Lines. It makes it so quick and easy to make cards with the embossing folders.
This one I used it on the front and back of the card.
add a few butterflies and a saying and your done.

I just love the new corner and boarder punch, it is a must have.

If you would like to order any of these products just send me an email to lovescrappin@virginbroadband.com.au

I hope to put some more samples up soon
